Workspaces & roles
Team workspaces, invitations, and what each role can do.
Team workspaces let your whole organization share agents, the Pipeline, documents, tasks, and settings — with role-based access control.
Inviting your team
Workspace admins can invite members by email from the workspace administration page. Invitees get an email link; accepting it adds them to the workspace. Organizations can also enable domain join, letting anyone with a company email address join in one click.
Roles
| Role | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control, including billing and workspace deletion. Every workspace has one. |
| Admin | Manages members, invitations, integrations, branding, and workspace settings. |
| Member | Day-to-day usage: chat, Pipeline, tasks, documents, meetings. |
| Sales | Same working capabilities as a member, but sees a simplified interface focused on the modules an admin selects (by default, client onboarding). Great for onboarding new sales staff gradually. |
| Viewer | Read-only visibility. |
| Billing | Access to billing information only. |
Configuring what sales users see
Admins can choose exactly which Pipeline modules are visible to sales users from the workspace administration page — for example, start them with just Onboarding, then progressively enable Contacts, Quotes, or the Board as they ramp up.
Roles apply per workspace: the same person can be an admin in one workspace and a member in another.
