Pipeline (CRM)
Contacts, quotes, invoices, projects, and the board — all in one place.
The Pipeline is Elio’s CRM: everything from first contact to invoiced project, connected to the systems your team already uses.
Modules
| Module | What it does |
|---|---|
| Overview | KPIs at a glance: pipeline value, quotes by status, recent activity, suggestions. |
| Contacts | People and companies with a full timeline — emails, notes, quotes, documents, and compliance status in one profile. |
| Quotes | Create, track, and e-sign quotes. Quotes can sync bidirectionally with external rental and CRM systems. |
| Invoices | Invoices and payments with balances, linked back to their quotes. |
| Purchase orders | Vendor POs, optionally linked to quotes. |
| Projects | Activated deals become projects with financials, cost sheets, and health tracking. |
| Inventory | Your equipment catalog, mirrored from your rental management system. |
| Board | Kanban view of quotes by stage with drag-and-drop. |
| Onboarding | Client-facing onboarding links and quote intake — see Client onboarding. |
Ask Elio about your pipeline
Everything in the Pipeline is available in conversation. Try:
- “Which quotes are waiting on the client for more than a week?”
- “Create a contact for Acme Corp with jane@acme.com.”
- “Do we have any clients pending a quote? Assign a PM if so.”
- “Refresh the status of quote Q-1042 from Flex.”
Intelligence
The Pipeline includes deal health scoring, next-best-action suggestions, automatic follow-up reminders when a deal goes quiet, and a forecast panel. Suggestions always explain their reasoning, and actions that contact clients are created as tasks for a human to review.
