Client onboarding
Send branded onboarding links that capture client details and quote requests.
Client onboarding gives your prospects a polished, branded page where a guided assistant collects their company details and quote requirements — no login needed on their side.
How it works
- From Pipeline → Onboarding, send an invite to a client’s email or generate a shareable self-serve link.
- The client opens the link and meets your onboarding assistant, which walks them through a structured form: company, contact, address, and website — with validation at every step.
- The assistant offers to expedite a quote: service types, dates (estimates are fine), product needs, and any extra details.
- Your team is notified, the contact is created or updated in the CRM (and synced to connected external systems), and urgent requests are flagged for immediate attention.
Branding
Admins control the look of onboarding pages from Pipeline → Settings → Branding: logo, favicon, colors, background image, header and footer text, welcome copy, the chat assistant’s icon, and even custom CSS. Invite emails use the same branding.
Urgency and follow-ups
- If a client needs services within a week, the request is marked urgent — your sales rep and workspace admins are emailed immediately, and the client is flagged in the CRM for PM assignment.
- A configurable follow-up email nudges your project manager when clients stall midway or ask to speak with someone.
Documents and insurance
When your process requires agreements or a Certificate of Insurance (COI), clients can sign and upload right away or come back later through the same link. Uploaded COIs can be checked automatically against the rules you configure in onboarding settings.
Everything the client submits appears on their contact profile in the Pipeline — including service interests and quote request details — and in the completion email your team receives.
