Plans
Plans differ in included AI usage, number of agents, team workspace availability, meeting bot access, and storage. You can see current plans and what’s included on the pricing page, and manage your subscription from Settings → Billing.
Included usage vs. your own keys
- Hosted usage — plans include a monthly AI usage allowance. Your dashboard shows consumption as a percentage, so you always know where you stand.
- Bring your own keys — add your own provider API keys and usage is billed directly by your provider instead of consuming your Elio allowance. BYOK-oriented plans are available.
Team workspace billing
A team workspace is billed through its billing owner — the plan of that account determines workspace features and seats. Other members don’t need paid personal plans to participate.
Managing your subscription
Upgrades, downgrades, invoices, and payment methods are handled from Settings → Billing via a secure Stripe portal. Changes apply immediately; proration follows Stripe’s standard rules.
