Chat, voice mode, artifacts, and how Elio remembers context.

Ask Elio is the conversation at the heart of the product. It streams answers in real time, uses tools on your behalf, and keeps context across sessions.

Chatting

• Attachments — drop in files or images and ask questions about them.
• Stop & regenerate — interrupt a long answer or ask for another take.
• Tool transparency — when Elio searches the web, reads email, or updates the CRM, you see each step as it happens.

Voice mode

Tap the microphone to dictate, or enable conversation mode for a hands-free loop: you speak, Elio answers out loud, and the microphone reopens automatically. A full-screen call mode is available on mobile.

Artifacts

Ask for a document, a table, code, or a small web page and Elio creates an artifact — a persistent, editable piece of content shown in a side panel. You can edit artifacts inline and ask Elio to revise them; versions are kept per conversation.

Memory

Elio remembers durable facts and preferences from your conversations — your role, your tone preferences, decisions you’ve made — and uses them in future answers. You can review, add, and delete memories from Settings, and memory never leaves your workspace.

Where else you can talk to Elio

Besides the web app, Elio can be connected to Telegram, WhatsApp, and Slack, and is available in team channels by mentioning it in a message. See Integrations.
