Personal mode

Your own space: Your day, Capture, Life and a Personal Assistant, kept apart from work.

Elio is two spaces behind one login: your Personal space, just for you, and the Workspace of each team you belong to. Switch between them from the selector at the top of the menu. Personal mode has an amber accent so you always know where you are.

Your day

In Personal, the home screen is Your day: decisions waiting for you, today’s events and your own to-dos and reminders on one timeline.

• Capture (or press C): type or say anything — “Remind me to call the insurance tomorrow at 6, Ana’s birthday is Dec 12” — and Elio proposes the reminders, to-dos, notes, follow-ups or dates it found. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
• Life collects your to-dos and reminders; Calendar shows your agenda; on a phone, Inbox opens your email.
• Turn on the Personal Assistant from its card on Your day to have it work on your own errands; Run now starts it immediately.

Kept apart

Personal and workspace data never mix: personal missions, approvals and connections stay in Personal, and a team’s data stays in its workspace. Team features (like the Pipeline) ask you to switch to a team workspace.
