Quickstart

Sign in, pick a workspace, and have your first conversation.

Get from zero to your first useful conversation in a few minutes.

1. Sign in

Open the app and sign in with your email and password, or with Google / Microsoft if your team uses single sign-on. If your company invited you, use the link in your invitation email — it takes you straight into the team workspace.

2. Pick your workspace

You can work in your personal space or in a team workspace shared with your organization. Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to move between them. Team features like the Pipeline and client onboarding live in team workspaces.

3. Say hello to Ask Elio

Open the chat and try a few prompts:

• “What can you help me with in this workspace?”
• “Summarize my unread emails from today.” (after connecting email)
• “Show me the quotes that are still waiting on the client.”
• “Create an agent that drafts follow-up emails in my tone.”

4. Connect what you use

Visit Integrations to connect Gmail/Outlook, calendars, and your other tools. Every connection is optional — Elio only sees what you connect, and you can disconnect at any time. See Integrations for the full list.

5. Go deeper

• Upload documents so Elio answers with your content.
• Explore the Pipeline if your team manages deals.
