What's new

Highlights from the latest releases: Pipeline, approvals, departments and books.

Highlights from October and November 2026.

A simpler Pipeline

  • Six areas — Today, Inbox, Deals, Clients, Jobs, Money — with tabs for the screens inside each.
  • One set of deal stages everywhere, and Deals as a board, a list or a calendar.
  • Move or assign several deals at once.
  • A Next step card on every deal with the one thing to do now.
  • Client pages in five tabs, with all conversations together.
  • An invoice panel with payments and a one-click payment reminder.
  • See Pipeline.

Approvals in one place

  • Agent requests, email drafts, QuickBooks changes, handoffs and autonomy proposals in one queue — also inside the Pipeline as the Inbox.
  • Approve from chat channels with short codes, or from a link in your digest. See Approvals.

Departments

  • Marketing, Account management, Support and Procurement join Finance, Sales, Operations and People.
  • Shadow mode, monthly budgets, earned autonomy, handoffs, a change log with undo, and the AI Council.
  • A company profile every department reads, and HQ to see the company at a glance.
  • See Departments.

Books and money

  • QuickBooks as your company books, read-only by default, with QuickBooks-only workspaces.
  • Reconciliation across Flex, Elio and QuickBooks; bank matching through Plaid.
  • Client accounts with aging and credit holds.
  • QuickBooks changes prepared by agents and approved one by one.
  • Project settlement with close-out PDF and QuickBooks export. See Accounting & QuickBooks.

Everywhere else

  • A Personal space with Your day, Capture, Life and a Personal Assistant — see Personal mode.
  • A redesigned phone experience — see Elio on your phone.
  • A guided setup for rental companies — see the setup guide.
  • Per-alert notification channels (in Elio, email, both or off) and a daily digest of what Elio did.
  • Safer sessions: sign-in cookies the page’s scripts can’t read, with cross-site request protection.
